The project “Jazz via Brasil” has just begun, another large band plan is being implemented, the music and dance theater project will be implemented together with Johann Kresnik, the state exhibition in Carinthia in 2020. We again pay tribute to the great musicians, composers, teachers and friends, review his most beautiful Latin American works and Michael Aben’s arrangement for the jazz orchestra. It was created especially for this purpose. Sigi Feigl was conductor at that time. In recent months he opened another door to the future of the big band through the project “The Big Base Band”. The Styrian Jazz Orchestra has given first class performances and we have some of the best students of Karlheinz Miklin.
