His eponymous album “Der Nino aus Wien”, released in 2018, is perhaps the most personal album in Nino’s career. The realization these lyrics are available to some people only after listening to it a few times. “Wach” was described by Nino as “maybe the best long song I’ve ever written.” This is a travel diary that only he can fully understand. “Unentschieden gegen Ried” is a protest song addressed to the moderate level of the Austrian professional football league. Soccer fans (maybe not the club) are very happy, but for most it is a high-end composition culture. Right now Der Nino aus Wien is preparing to release his next single. In the process, more than ten years and many phases at home and abroad in the German-speaking world have passed.
