Our SEER are meaningful and unique! Last year, too, there were atmospheric songs, cheerful and humorous songs as well as outstanding ballads.
The SEER will also present several exclusive concerts in 2024. The name STAD refers both to the type of performance – an acoustic treat – in which the musical and vocal quality of the musicians is in the foreground and STAD also stands for the special nature of the program. You can expect not only a two-hour musical journey with impressive SEER ballads and a foretaste of the forthcoming “Stad Ausklang”, but also a crowning finale to the band’s unique history.
The close connection between music, musicians, and audience will once again be truly palpable.
On the last album, Alfred Jaklitsch once again showed how he enchants us, with singers Sabine Holzinger and Astrid Wittenberg.
With “STAD-AUSKLANG”, the SEER want to capture some emotions of the Advent and Christmas season while staying away from kitsch and clichés. If these songs were Christmas tree decorations, they would be straw stars, mistletoe, cardboard and wooden figures and perhaps glass beads. They are songs that don’t want to keep up with the fast pace of today’s world.
