It sounds like the sound of the sun, freedom and the southern states of the United States, and it must have followed the outstanding example of the band: the legendary harmony bands of the 60s and 70s like The Eagles, The Byrds, Stills or Nash. The magic and eternity contained in the songs of the last ten years have never been overwhelmed by any fashion. High South seems to be the band that takes the spirit of that era into the future.
